What is Dental Insurance?

A health and wellness plan designed to pay a portion of dental costs associated with preventative, basic, some major dental care, and orthodontia.

Plan participants can go to any provider.
No waiting periods
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the date of service.
Orthodontia coverage is for children under the age of 19
Exams and cleanings are allowed 2 times in 12 months. They do not have to be separated by 6 months.
